🛑 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests for customised, pre-booked, or personalised orders will not be accepted under any circumstance.

🚫 Return & Refund Policy

*We do not encourage returns or refunds as each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly checked before dispatch.

*However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you may initiate a refund or exchange request within 12 hours of receiving the product.

*To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  -The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  -You must submit a clear unboxing video showing the damage/defect from the moment the package is opened. Without this video proof, requests will not be considered.

🔄 Exchanges

*Exchanges will only be processed if the same product is available in stock at the time of the request.

*Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
